Prohibited content and behavior
Child sexual abuse or exploitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming for sexual exploitation, sexual extortion, sexual trafficking of children and facilitating these acts are prohibited. Do not create, upload or share such material, including real or generated imagery. echOKs accounts are for ages 16+ and Charmecho for 18+; age limits do not remove these rules.
How to report
Open the report option on an Echo, profile or comment and choose Child safety. If you cannot access the app, send the content link/identifier and a brief description to support@echoks.com. Do not download, redistribute, screenshot or attach suspected material to email. Contact local emergency services for immediate physical danger.
Safety handling
Content flagged as suspected child-abuse material is removed from ordinary publication and automatic screening and is not sent to OpenAI. Ordinary moderation screens cannot open it. Safety assessment, access restrictions and required content/account actions require a separately authorized process. Removing content known to be CSAM and required reporting to the relevant authority must be handled under applicable law and safety procedures. Automated moderation is not a CSAM detector or a complete safety guarantee.
